Godwin Osuji-Bells is a business leader with over 36 years of experience driving operational excellence in the global oil and gas industry. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Hydraulic Solutions and as a Technical Advisor to major oil and gas operators and independent operators across Africa.

Prior to his current role, he worked as a technical consultant to Petronas Carigali and held a series of operational leadership roles at Shell and Halliburton across West Africa, Norway, the United Kingdom, and the United States. A highly resourceful advisor, he also served as a multilateral technology product champion and worked with the Petronas Carigali Centre of Technical Excellence.

A lifelong mentor and educator, Mr. Godwin holds an engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from The Richard Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has authored several technical publications.
