Apostle Obiageli (Obii) Pax-Harry is a prominent Christian leader, apostolic pioneer, and nation builder with a global ministry footprint. She is a commissioned Global Ambassador for the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL), an honor bestowed in November 2025 at the ICAL 25th Anniversary Convergence in Dallas, Texas, and is cited as the second person in the history of ICAL to hold the title of Global Ambassador.

She leads the Nehemiah Apostolic Resource Centre (NARC), based in Abuja, Nigeria, and is the pioneer of the “Mothers Circle,” a tribe of Christian women leaders.
